What’s better than outdoor living in Southern California! The design of this outdoor room not only created space to dine, hang out by the pool and sit by a roaring fire in the winter, but added needed architectural detail to the rear of this home. Removing the original shade structure, we designed an outdoor room packed with function and features. Solar shades, integrated into the structure, operate by remote control and tuck neatly out of site when not needed. We recessed tracks into the structural columns to make sure these shades stayed solid even when the wind blows hard. Infrared heaters placed strategically along the length of the room make this space usable year-round and comfy seating, speakers, TV and fireplace make for a great entertaining space.
